Return & Refund Policy

Returns (Limited Conditions)

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Shipment (Opened at Delivery)
    If your package is damaged and opened in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery, you are eligible for a return or exchange.

  2. Wrong Item Received
    If the item delivered is different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a return or exchange.

In both cases, customers can choose:

  • Return (Refund) OR

  • Exchange (Replacement)


Important Requirements

  • The issue must be reported immediately at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • Photo or video proof is required (clearly showing damage or incorrect item)

  • Item must remain unused and in original packaging

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or preference

  • Items not opened in front of the delivery person (for damage claims)

  • Minor packaging wear that does not affect the product


Return Process

If your request is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions

  • Replacement or refund will be processed after verification

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Refunds (if chosen) will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
