Returns (Limited Conditions)
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Damaged Shipment (Opened at Delivery)
If your package is damaged and opened in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery, you are eligible for a return or exchange. -
Wrong Item Received
If the item delivered is different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
In both cases, customers can choose:

Return (Refund) OR

Exchange (Replacement)
Important Requirements

The issue must be reported immediately at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving the order

Photo or video proof is required (clearly showing damage or incorrect item)

Item must remain unused and in original packaging

Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size or preference

Items not opened in front of the delivery person (for damage claims)

Minor packaging wear that does not affect the product
Return Process

Replacement or refund will be processed after verification
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Refunds

Refunds (if chosen) will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval
